Effective ASB Case Management Principles
It is essential that cases of ASB are dealt with confidently and effectively from report to closure. So, early in 2023 Green & Burton ASB and LBL Skills came together to discuss the development of a qualification specifically written to suit the needs of officers working in operational frontline roles within housing and beyond.
By summer of the same year Janine Green had written the course content with LBL Skills serving as the accrediting training centre, providing the internal verification for the course and the tutors, in addition to administering the award assured as Level 2 by Highfield, one of the UK’s leading awarding bodies.
This means that Highfield has approved the course content and delivery against a strict set of criterion. A level 2 course is judged to be equivalent to a GSCE.
